Please book carefully as we will not be able to change bookings or timed slots on the actual open day. Each booking is for a specific time slot so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time and don’t miss yours!
All bookings made here will send TWO emails, a receipt from TicketSource, and your e-ticket. If you cannot find either of these, please check your email SPAM. The e-ticket has the time of your booked tour, the receipt does not.
You will need to bring with you the e-ticket for each person or group as this will be checked on entry to enable us to manage your safety and ours.
Open days may have to be cancelled at short notice due to events outside of our control. Please check back before travelling on the day or see our Facebook page for on the day live updates.
Tickets for later open days are normally available during the month before the opening date.
IMPORTANT – Please leave 90 minutes between bookings if you want to visit both caves.

Please note: The “time” of the event shows as 5:30AM due to a limitation in how events are configured – the actual time of your tour will be that shown on the e-ticket as “Area – Entry time” eg. Area – Entry time: 12:15
If you wish to cancel your booking you must contact us 24 hours in advance i.e. by 10am on the day before the event.
